1.Clean the chiller and display everyday on a continuous basis.
2.Fill up shelves as per standard on a continuous basis.
3.Clean, cut and remove the stomach of the fish as per the required forms, shapes and quantities to meet the customer's requirements.
4.Weigh the fish and upon packing, paste the price levels.
5.Ensure required quantity for display and maintain quality and hygiene.
6.Monitor appearance and control the expiry data of the products life daily (to ensure to display only fresh fish).
7.Help customers with their enquiries and needs.
8.Assist the Section Manager to purchase the required quantity and type of fish as per market movement and taste of the consumers.
