1.ITEM CREATION AND DATA ENTRY: Description, Barcode, Classification, Cost and Suggested Retail Price through GICA after being approved and signed by the Merchandise Manager.
2.ASSIST MERCHANDISE MANAGER:
Collecting information from stores, suppliers (Barcode, Cost price, selling price…)
With Supplier Negotiations (opening conditions).
Following on Contract creations and maintain contact database.
Following Mandatory Range(MA), Carrefour products (C4), Number One (N1).
Selecting advertised and other promotional products.
Selecting product range.
Defining the Plan-o-gram
Proposing collection for textile, Number One (N1) for different departments, and Carrefour line and First (C4 Line) for Heavy House Hold (HHH).
Maintain and analyze sales data and forecasts.
Co-ordinate by sending information to stores and suppliers.
Updating suppliers with documentary procedures and communicate with them for any missing information.
Liaise with the store.
Coordinate / Arbitrate between suppliers and store personnel.
Maintain Company Policies and procedures
Frequently visit the stores and meet the department head and section managers in order to ascertain their needs and problems and assure that the plan-o-gram is maintained. Reports to be given on a monthly basis.
Minimum of 5 years experience in administration.
Good people skills
General Computer Skills
Saudi Nationals with Good Administrative and Negotiation skills will be given preference.
