• Oversee the day to day operations.
• Manage & coordinate the after sales department by distribution & movement of products to the customer.
• Manage customer queries & services required by solving problems & ensuring implacable service & products delivery.
• Analyze complaints related to work survey and propose actions to reduce complaints.
• Prepare periodic reports and submit to management for analysis & review
