• • Support JDE Procurement users for day today activates (LPO creation/GRN/Voucher match etc.)
• • Create/Maintain JDE Item Master and supplier master
• • Daily interaction with Finance users for answering finance system queries via Email and
• • Month end support
• • Respond interface related queries
• • Answering Queries related Fixed Assets tracking, tagging and stocktaking
• • Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors.
• • Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
• • Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software.
• • Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.


• • JDE- Edwards Functional Knowledge
• • Address Book/AP/GL/FA
• • Knowledge of Gima, logali, Persis, Caratesis, SNA
• • Carrefour Finance daily /Monthly closing activities
• • Fixed Asset management and control
• • Fixed asset tracking and inventory management
• • Knowledge on payroll monthly payroll activities
• • Excel basic functionalities (VLookup/Pivot Table etc.)
• • Helpdesk support or JDE Procurement/Finance systems
• • High School or University Graduate
