• Analyze and benchmark the store turnover components.
• Analyze and drive the cash flow management to maximize the profitability.
• Control the stock take operations, analyze shrinkage result and monitor the sleeping stock.
• Ensure the store result accuracy and maintain the information’s flow (Store-Centralization-HO).
• Prepare yearly budget, monthly forecast and analyze variances.
• Apply the cost control measures (Staff cost, General expenses and Capex) to maximize the efficiency.
• Control overall application of procedures and guarantee the internal control as per company standards.
• Ensure strict implementation of Internal Audit recommendations.
• Initiate and conduct periodical Audits on CCO to minimize cash flow risks.
• Conduct receiving controls to ensure proper merchandise flow.
• Conduct regular training sessions.


• Holder of a bachelor of commerce, major: accounting.
• Fluent in English written, reading & speaking.
• Computer skills: Excel, access, Database.
• Dynamic, hard worker, self-motivated, able to take initiative actions, ambitious & stable.
• Committed to results.
• Experience in retail/hotel/operation business is a plus.
• Experiance 5 years as a minimum in the same position.
